What is the function you are planning?

We hire out the premises for you to use for your functions on Saturdays and Sundays. The hire includes use of the kitchen, as well as our tables and chairs. Situated in parkland, with a free car park, South Ruislip Community Centre is an ideal venue for the function you are planning.

We can offer accommodation to suit your requirements.

Premium Package

The main hall, stage and kitchen accommodation is suitable for of parties up to 150 people.

The cost to hire the main hall, stage and kitchen is £35 per hour

plus

£35 weekend booking fee for someone to unlock the premises for you and lock them up again when you leave

plus

a security deposit of £150 (£300 for teenage parties). We will hold this deposit against any damage or breech of our terms and conditions, and return it to you when the premises are left on time and in good order.

Premium Plus Package

The main hall, stage, kitchen, side lounge and private garden is suitable for parties of up to 175 people.

the cost to hire the main hall, stage, kitchen, side lounge and private garden is £47 an hour

plus

£35 weekend bookinhg fee for someone to unlock the premises for you and lock them up again when you leave

Child's Party Deal

If you are planning on a birthday celebration for your child, we offer a special deal where you can hire the MAIN HALL AND KITCKEN for only £63 for three hours

plus

a security deposit of £50. We will hold this deposit against any damage or breech of our terms and conditions, and return it to you when the premises on time and in good order.

The times when this deal is available are:

11.45am - 2.45pm

2.45 - 5.45pm

A booking can be made on receipt of the completed and signed booking form, along with the deposit (£50, £150 or £300). Full payment must be received at least one calender month for your event to go ahead as planned. We can accept payment by cash, or cheque made out to "SRCA".
